We all have different needs and priorities and therefore different starting points.
Personal lessons are the most beneficial way for you to learn and explore Yoga.
You will need to be able to devote some regular time to your practice. Through your own determination and motivation and the support of an experienced teacher you will make steady progress in your practice.
Yoga is a personal practice, so learning how to integrate Yoga into your own routine is crucial if you wish to take further steps.

Yoga Cikitsa (Yoga therapy) is the application of Yoga techniques to help work with ailments to reduce symptoms and improve health.
It is the client who is the key element in healing as your own practices bring about the changes. The Yoga Teacher uses their skill and experience to select and sequence the appropriate practices. The aim is not only to mitigate the effects of illness but to establish confidence in the client's ability to maintain good health.
In support of your Yoga practice, advice may be given on diet and lifestyle based on the Ayurvedic model of individual constitution.
In fact some health situations may be more suited to or require personal lessons.


Fees
A free half hour consultation is the first step for you to discuss your requirements without any obligation.

From there, if you are interested in continuing, we can decide on the initial structure for a series of lessons.

Personal lessons typically take around 25 to 45 minutes depending on its role and how much time you will need to make available. You are guided through the practice ensuring that it meets your needs and you are comfortable with its role.
The first longer, consultation is £50. Thereafter, lessons will be £40 for a full lesson and £20 for shorter review meetings.

Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice is charged in full.
